Initial concept designs are provided free of charge and remain watermarked, unpublished property of Art by Scotto until a project is commissioned. Refinements to a selected design are billed at $30/hour.
Mural work is priced per square foot by style tier as published on this site. Supplies, materials, and travel are quoted per project before work begins. Quotes are confirmed in writing.
Upon full payment, the finished commissioned artwork belongs to the client, including reproduction for the client's marketing and advertising. Art by Scotto retains the right to photograph and display completed work in its portfolio and press materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client provides safe access to the work surface for the scheduled period. Weather or site conditions may shift exterior timelines; we communicate changes promptly.
